Sale Terms

The online shop, nanastoyland.it is owned by the company Nanastoyland P.Iva. 04748480276 with registered office in Mestre (Ve).

Every customer order implies full acceptance by the latter of these general sale terms.

Sale terms

The prices in the Nanastoyland online shop are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and duties applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services where this is different from Italy. These costs shall be borne by the Customer.
The shipment will always be accounted for with a regular invoice.
The total amount due for the chosen products and/or services will be communicated to the Customer prior to the conclusion of the Contract of Sale.
The individual Contract of Sale shall be deemed finalised and concluded as soon as the Customer, having seen the final price, confirms the purchase in any form.
Payment shall be immediate and simultaneous to the confirmation and shall be made by credit card or Paypal.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law as well as each Contract of Sale and subject to Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to the General Terms and Conditions or to the Sales Contracts shall be deferred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Venice, without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory rules of law for the protection of Consumers.

Shipping costs :

Free over €50.

Up to €50 €10 will be charged.

Any errors in the system will be promptly notified and resolved in agreement with the customer.
The customer undertakes to provide the manned address for the collection of the goods. If this is not the case, please write it in the ORDER NOTES.
In the event of difficulty in being present at the address indicated, during the purchase phase, after the second unsuccessful delivery attempt by the courier, the cost of shipping will be charged doubled, if it was not foreseen during the sale phase it will still be charged.

Shipping and delivery timing :

All orders are dispatched no later than 7 working days after the order is placed, except in the case of goods not being available in Nana’s Toyland warehouse. If the goods are not available, Nana’s Toyland will contact and agree with the customer a possible refund or supply of alternative products.
Delivery timing are approximately 24 to 48 hours.
The above-mentioned terms are purely indicative, do not constitute essential terms and are fixed by the seller, always except in cases of force majeure.
Delivery to the customer is deemed to have taken place when the goods are handed over to the courier; after the goods have been taken over by the courier, the seller is exonerated from all risks relating to the goods sold.

Defective Goods / Damaged Shipment

In the case of defective goods:
the same may be returned to nanastoyland.it within 14 days after delivery.
Shipping and packaging costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Defective goods shall be returned or refunded (if out of stock) by Nanastoyland.it.

Accept the parcel from the courier by initialling the receipt with CONTROL RESERVE
without this wording in the receipt, we will not be able to respond or compensate for any damage, damage or missing goods in the shipment!

Refunds

Partial refunds for defective or damaged goods or other arrangements made with the customer will be issued in vouchers of equal value for use in our e-commerce.

In case of damaged shipment

Please note thatIF THE PACKAGE IS VISIBLY DAMAGED AT DELIVERY DO NOT ACCEPT!
Otherwise you will only be reimbursed the shipping costs.

Upon receipt of a package visibly damaged by the courier (broken or visibly damaged packaging) proceed as follows:
1) Take photos.
2) Return the shipment to the sender and we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.
3) If the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement if you cannot find any replacement product in our catalogue, Nana’d Toyland https://www.nanastoyland.it/privacy/ will refund the sums paid.
4) Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and the return of the new one are completely at our charge.

In any case, please send an e-mail with photos of the package on all sides attached and photos of the object in question, describing what happened.

Right of Withdrawal

Information on the right of withdrawal.
Purchases on the nanastoyland.it site are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.

Conditions of the right to withdraw

The products must be intact.
The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or persons who in any way purchase for resale to third parties.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal) so we recommend the utmost care in preparing the package for shipment to Nanastoyland.
To exercise this right you must send us a notice to that effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods ordered and send us the goods within a further 15 days.

Procedure to follow:
Send an e-mail to info@nanastoyland.it containing the declaration

  • order number and order date
  • invoice number
  • which products are to be returned (identifying them with the article code)
  • your bank details (IBAN code)

You must then wait for a communication from us authorising the return.
Upon receipt of such communication we will inform you by email where to send the parcel.

Refund times

In the above-mentioned hypothesis in which the right of withdrawal is exercised, Nanastoyland.it undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the goods by crediting the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods as shown on the invoice. This amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with Article 5(6) of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999.

For all matters not expressly regulated by this contract, the rules dictated by the Civil Code shall apply.
